Local service agent vs local sponsor vs nominee

Find a UAE national agent
A UAE national or a company wholly owned by UAE nationals. A consultant can provide a reliable one.
Agree the fixed fee
Agree the fixed annual fee and the terms in writing before anything is signed.

At a Dubai notary public, or via the Ministry of Justice digital notary using UAE Pass in 2026.
Name the agent on your license
The agent is named on the trade license as local representative when you file with DET.
