Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and any engagement of our services for mainland company formation, trade licensing, visas, PRO work, banking support and ongoing compliance in the UAE. By using this site or instructing us, you accept them. Effective 8 September 2026.
Introduction and acceptance
Welcome to Dubai Mainland Company Setup (DMCS). These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of this website and the services we provide. By browsing the site, requesting a quote, or instructing us on a setup, you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

We are an independent consultancy. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by one. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean DMCS and the licensed entity below, which is the party you contract with.

Engaging us
Before any work begins we issue a written proposal or engagement letter. It states the scope of work, our service fee, the government fees payable, the payment schedule, the expected timeline and the deliverables.
Where that document and these terms differ on scope, fee or timeline, the proposal governs.
Your responsibilities
For us to act for you, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents
- Send what we ask for in time, and tell us promptly when something changes
- Hold valid passports, entry permits and attestations for every shareholder, partner and dependant involved
- Comply with UAE law, and not pursue an activity that is prohibited or that your licence does not cover
- Pay agreed fees when they fall due
- Once issued, renew your licence, visas and Ejari on time, and meet your tax, accounting and reporting obligations
Fees and payment
Our service fee is quoted per engagement. It depends on the licence type and business activity, the legal structure, the number of visas, the office or Ejari arrangement, and any additional services you request. The fee is fixed in your proposal before work starts.
An initial payment is required before we begin. Payment is by bank transfer or another method we confirm in writing. All fees are exclusive of UAE VAT at 5 per cent unless stated otherwise.
Government fees
Government and authority fees are separate from our service fee. They are set by DET, MOHRE, the ICP, the GDRFA, the Dubai Land Department and other authorities, and they can change without notice.
Those fees are payable whether an application succeeds or fails, and they are non-refundable once paid to an authority. Where we pay them for you, they are passed through at cost and itemised separately from our charge.
Costs shown on this website
Every figure published on this site, including on our cost guides and in the setup cost, licence cost, visa cost, Ejari and corporate tax calculators, is an indicative estimate based on published rates at the time of writing. It is not a quotation and it is not binding.
Your actual cost depends on your activity, structure, visa count and premises, and on the fees in force on the day you file. Only a written proposal from us is a quotation.
No guarantee of approval or timing
We cannot guarantee that a licence will be issued, that a visa will be approved, that a bank will open an account, or that any application will complete within a given period. Those decisions rest solely with the relevant authority or bank, each of which runs its own independent compliance and due diligence review.
What we do commit to is preparing your file properly, filing it correctly, and pursuing it with the authority until it is resolved.
Regulatory change
UAE laws, fees, activity lists and documentary requirements change, sometimes without notice. We make reasonable efforts to tell you about a change that affects your file, but we are not liable for the change itself or for any additional cost it creates.
Corporate tax and professional advice
Mainland companies are subject to UAE corporate tax at 9 per cent on taxable profit above AED 375,000, alongside VAT and any other obligation that applies to your activity. Our guidance, guides and calculators are informational and do not replace formal legal, tax or audit advice. Where your position is complex, take independent professional advice.
Website content, downloads and third-party links
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, images, guides and templates, belongs to DMCS or our licensors and is protected. You may read it, and you may use our downloadable checklists and templates for your own business. You may not republish, resell or redistribute them without our written consent.
This site links to government portals, banks and other third-party sites. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or the accuracy of what they publish.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, our total liability for an engagement is limited to the service fees you have paid us for the service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity, or for loss arising from the decision or act of a government authority, a bank or another third party.
Termination
You may end an engagement at any time by telling us in writing. You remain liable for work completed to that point, for costs we have already incurred, and for government fees already paid on your behalf.
We may end an engagement if you breach these terms, fail to pay when due, provide false or misleading information, or ask us to act in a way that is unlawful or that our compliance obligations do not permit.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DMCS harmless against any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of UAE law, information you gave us that was false or incomplete, or the conduct of your business.
Anti-money laundering and compliance
As a licensed Corporate Service Provider, we are required to verify the identity of our clients and their beneficial owners, keep records, carry out due diligence, and report suspicious activity to the UAE authorities.
We may ask for source of funds or further identification at any stage, and we may decline or discontinue an engagement where our compliance obligations require it. Where a report is made, we are not permitted to tell you.
Marketing and communications
When you give us your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry and, where you have consented, send you setup guidance, regulatory updates, service announcements and offers by email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone.
You can opt out of marketing at any time by replying to any message or emailing us. Opting out does not stop the operational messages we must send you about a live application.
Data protection
We process your personal data in line with our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our services you consent to that processing, and you confirm that the information you give us is accurate.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. If a dispute arises, please raise it with us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Failing that, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version published on this page, with its effective date, is always the current one. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
